| VIA 83 crosses the Sixteen Mile Creek valley moments after departing Oakville Station, its starting point during the G8/G20 summits as VIA Rail has elected to avoid Toronto Union for the duration. GO trains continued unperturbed up until they were shut down by the police Saturday afternoon due to "rioting". Everything was back on track by 10 a.m. Sunday. |
