A westbounder enjoys a free ride as it glides down the Columbia River. On the hillsides standing sleek and other worldly, are wind turbines, silently producing electicity for "free". Well, it's sorta free, it all depends on who you talk to. The windmills stand approximately 300' tall, or nearly half the height of the Seattle Space Needle.
