Remarks & Notes

E&LS was always on the look out for a few extra Baldwins and the OC&E retiring there fleet gave an opportunity for a few RS-12's to make it to Wells. Still in full OC&E paint 207 rests in front of the roundhouse at Wells on an early Sept. afternoon. Notice the other Baldwins and the cool wood caboose in the background.
