| Delivered new October 1997 to BNSF, 4711, in warbonnet paint, is making a trip on the NS system today on the head end of NS 22A. The on duty crew sits and waits on a rail gang ahead that has went an hour and fifteen minutes over their time that was given to them. Needless to say the KD dispatcher wasnt very happy. |
