The lift span on the LIRC Ohio River bridge (ex-PRR) has been raised for the passage of a barge heading up the river. Shortly after it clears the lift span will be lowered for CSX Y220, who will be ready to come south from Jeffersonville, IN as soon as they finish their brake test. The next boat will have to pace itself until the span is again raised by Clagg Tower after the passage of Y220.
