VIA 6408 + VIA 6429 head up a 18 car Canadian out of Hornepayne. Train Via 2 will cross over and spot at the station once #1 clears. The sign of the "new CN NOZ" is seen here; the fueling pad has since been shut down (white Diesel tank), and the coal tower and indoor roundhouse are visable to the upper right. In addition most freight trains run over siding and can only meet being split up into 2 sidings, or at terminals. Here an 8000ft M314 waits for some westwards to clear as a 6500ft 313 waits for 314's tailend to clear the yard!
For the most part, this section of CN is very isolated, and as an employee I am able to gain access. CN's Bala, Ruel, Soo, Caramat, Allanwater, and Redditt Subs are all featured.
