Remarks & Notes

The Toledo Hauler, led by Portland & Western's pair of GP40P-2 locomotives and RPE4D road slugs, crosses the Willamette River bridge as a boat races upriver. Something of a rare shot as the eastbound Toledo Hauler normally crosses here in the morning, not the late afternoon.
