| "SA31 to the South Jersey dispatcher..." NS 5284 was delayed for a few hours on its journey from Browns Yard in Sayreville to Freehold by this fallen tree just west of MP 8 and the Schoolhouse Road crossing south of Jamesburg. It seemed like the crew couldn't reach anyone on the radio from this spot, forcing them to shove west to Jamesburg before alerting the dispatcher of their predicament. A hi-railer was eventually sent out to clear the tree and SA31 was able to continue on to Freehold. |
