Remarks & Notes

The Pennsylvania Railroad built 139 GG1 locomotives between 1934 and 1943. They could pull a 20-car train at 100 mph. The 4913 served both the Pennsylvania Railroad and Amtrak (as Amtrak 913). It was retired in 1980.
