Remarks & Notes

The route traveled by The Durbin Rocket follows the old C&O tracks along the Greenbrier River and passes relatively few dwellings or other signs of civilization along the way. This remote and apparently deserted camp puts a pretty good frame around the nature of this wilderness excursion.
