A short manifest on the CSX Pittsburgh Sub (Streak nearest river on the right) hauls North parallel to carson street (Streak nearest right side of screen), across from the city of bridges, Pittsburgh, along the Ohio River As shot from the West End Overlook, 1 minute 45 second exposure.
