UP 3279 is crossing the Chippewa River leaving Eau Claire, WI and heading towards St. Paul, MN. The 3rd locomotive is UP 9407 which has a plaque on the side that says " For his unwavering commitment to safety, this locomotive is dedicated in honor of Larry Breeden, Locomotive Engineer, Coffeyville, KS. J.C.Keneyfick Safety Award Winner 1990."
