Remarks & Notes

NBSR GP38s #9803 & 2610 wait as the brakeman applies some handbrakes to some empty boxcars they are placing on the rarely used mainline through the Dever Road Yard. Also by the shop is the GP38 #2317 sitting on the fuel pad.
