| Gresley class B17 three-cylinder 4-6-0 No 61663 "Everton", one of the class named after football clubs - note the brass football beneath the nameplate - seen from the taxi ramp as it waited to leave with an express. Note the virtually new class 31 diesel in the background - "Everton" would be scrap metal within six months. |
