Ex-DRGW 3080, WE 304, is Wheeling's second most recent rebuild, seen here at Brewster. Most recent bebuild is WE 109, ex-SOU/NS 2708, named for Robert S. Bixler. Currently WE 3087, ex-DRGW 3087, is in process of being rebuilt.
