Remarks & Notes |
Conrail 23B drops down the lead from Rockville Bridge over Conrail ENPI6b. 23B is on its way to Enola Yard, while ENPI6b is moments from leaving the Harrisburg Terminal to enter the Pittsburgh Line for Conway. Tucked in behind ENPI's SD45 is a U30C and a C630. It was already very rare to get a Century at this point in time; U-Boats were still common. As an aside, #6239 was one of five SD45s ordered by the Pennsylvania but delivered to the Penn Central in 1968. Those five units were the only SD45s that the Penn Central bought on their own. |
