Built in 1957 by GMD (canadian division of EMD in London, Ont), serial A1140, nee CP 8684. Rebuilt in 1987 at CP Angus Shop in Montréal and re-numbered 1649. 260,000 lbs, 1750 h-p. Still wearing the pacman logo.
