Former Army motor, built in 1951, served in South Korea and was also used to haul Titan Missiles with it's sister (see ID 453047). Now on loan to FNOR from Kirby Farms.

NASA 3 works in Wilson Yard. The NASA RR stopped operations Sept 30th, its short term future in limbo, pending development of heavy lift rockets. Thanks to FECRS for the tour.

During the 50th anniversary of Kennedy Space Center I was exceptionally lucky enough to catch the NASA railroad. Sadly the NRR ceased operations with the occasional delivery now done by FEC.

NASA railroad was rarely seen in public. Here # 1 is crossing SR406 returning light after delivering rocket car empties to the FEC at Jay Jay. NASA railroad no longer operates.
