Moffat and Rollins- With eastbound coal snaking out of the 6.2 mile long Moffat Tunnel, one can't help but marvel at the sheer size of the mountains here. With the former grade of the line over Rollins Pass at right, it's obvious why Moffat was a necessity for the Rio Grande.
